1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit this website, request a quotation, place an order, make a payment, purchase a product or use a service offered by Skk Developers Global it Services (“SKK Developers”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By proceeding with an order or payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms along with the applicable quotation, scope of work and policies linked on this website.

2. Services, quotations and order acceptance

We provide services and products including school ERP software, billing and custom software, websites, hosting and server support, hardware, printers, networking, biometric and access-control systems, printing and related IT support.

• A quotation is based on the information available at the time and remains valid for the period stated in it.
• An order is accepted after we confirm the scope, price, delivery requirements and payment terms.
• Customisation, third-party integration, travel, installation or additional work outside the confirmed scope may be quoted separately.
• Delivery dates may change if required information, content, approvals, site access or payment is delayed by the customer.

3. Pricing, taxes and payments

Prices are displayed or quoted in Indian Rupees. Taxes are included or added as clearly stated on the relevant pricing page or quotation. Payments must be made through the payment methods communicated by us. Online payments may be processed securely by an authorised payment gateway such as Razorpay.

• The customer is responsible for verifying the order details and payable amount before payment.
• Access, licence activation, dispatch or work may begin only after the agreed advance or full payment is received.
• Bank, gateway or third-party charges that are not included in our quotation remain the payer’s responsibility.
• Recurring services, renewals, hosting and support continue only after timely renewal payment.

4. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, delivery and project information; keep account credentials secure; maintain lawful rights to any data or content supplied to us; and use our products and services only for lawful purposes. You must review deliverables and report material issues within the review or warranty period communicated for the order.

5. Software, data and intellectual property

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, software is licensed for the agreed organisation, users, plan and duration and is not sold or transferred. Source code, reusable components, product design, documentation, trademarks and pre-existing intellectual property remain with their respective owners. Customer-provided content and data remain the customer’s property.

Third-party software, hosting, messaging, payment, biometric, GPS or other services may be subject to the provider’s own terms, availability and usage charges.

6. Cancellation, delivery and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Product dispatch and digital delivery are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Custom work, completed services, activated licences and non-recoverable third-party purchases may not be refundable.

7. Support, warranty and limitation

Support and warranty are limited to the scope and period stated in the quotation, invoice, product warranty or service agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible third-party products. We will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable services, but availability can be affected by internet providers, hosting providers, device compatibility, customer infrastructure, planned maintenance and events outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to that claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.

8. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Gopalganj, Bihar. We may update these terms when our services or legal requirements change; the latest version and effective date will remain published on this page.
