SAMARTH EDUCATION is a school communication and student information app for SAMARTH EDUCATION. The app is used by students, parents, and school employees to access school-related information such as attendance, homework, fees, notices, profile details, ID card, timetable, leave requests, library information, transport details, and staff tools.

Information We Collect

The app may process student name, class, section, roll number, attendance records, fee details, homework records, uploaded homework files, profile information, guardian details, school documents, employee profile information, leave requests, device information, and Firebase notification token.

How We Use Information

The information is used only to provide school ERP services inside the app, show relevant records to authorised users, send school notices, and support school administration.

Login and Access

The app requires school-provided login credentials. Users cannot create public accounts from the app. Access is restricted to authorised students, parents, and school employees.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. Data may be shared only with the school administration, authorised ERP service provider, and required service providers such as Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications.

Data Security

We use HTTPS APIs, school-code validation, role-based access, and restricted login flows to protect app data. Users should keep their login credentials private.

Children's Privacy

The app may show student information to authorised parents, students, and school staff. The school controls user access and data accuracy.
