How to Request Deletion or Correction

Users may request data deletion or correction by contacting:

Please Include

  • Student/employee name
  • Class/section or employee ID
  • Registered mobile/email if available
  • Description of the data to be corrected or deleted

What Data Can Be Deleted

App-side device data, notification tokens, and app access records can be deleted where applicable.

School Records

Academic records, attendance, fee records, homework submissions, documents, and official school records may need to be retained by SAMARTH EDUCATION according to school/legal/administrative requirements. Such requests will be reviewed by the school administration.

Retention

After a valid request is verified, app-side data deletion will be processed within a reasonable period. Records required for school, accounting, legal, or administrative purposes may be retained as required.
